Terms

Please note the following:

We provide bedding, tea towels, dishcloths, washing up liquid, shampoo, hand soap, and toilet rolls.

We kindly ask guests to respect our non-smoking policy. (There will be a £50 charge if smoking has occurred in the house.)

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets in the accommodation, to maintain a high standard of housekeeping for all our future guests.

Terms & Conditions

When a booking has been made, 25% of the full balance is payable within 10 days to secure the booking - with the remaining balance paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival.

If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the full balance is to be paid within 10 days of making the booking. 

A Security Deposit of £75 is required with all bookings.  The £75 is added on to the remaining balance to be paid at the same time as the remaining balance i.e. 6 weeks in advance of arrival.  It is refunded within 10 days of departure, subject to the unlikelihood of any deductions necessary to cover unexpected costs caused by damages, smoking, or excessive cleaning.

If you have to cancel your booking:

Please notify us as soon as possible by telephone or email, and then follow this up with a letter (or by email).  We will endeavour to re-let the apartment, and if successful will return any monies paid, less a £20 administration charge.

If we are unsuccessful in re-letting the accommodation you will be liable to cancellation charges, which will be the full cost of the booking.

We have details on Holiday Insurance we send with each booking form so that guests can make their own decision over whether to insure or not in the event of having to make a claim.
